on my end

anyway, on my side... started my new temp job... its ok.. not mentally hard.. but physically quite challenging..

racing against time.. coz i'm alone and i have to repack 1,200 will packets, from a collection of 6,000... then

1) label the 1,200 new packets... fastest i can do is about 35/hr
2) take out the 1,200 from the collection of 6,000.... about 120/hr.
3) put (2) into (1).... fastest i can do is about 20/hr
4) send the remaining 4,800 will packets to be scanned
5) send the 1,200 newly labelled will packets to be scanned...

*note, 4 and 5 has to happen simultaneously. infact (1)-(5) has to happen simultaneously so as to maintain the will packets in alphabetical order for normal office use.

the tricky bit is, see my timing, that's me working alone... the scanning crew, a professional scanning crew hired to do this project, takes about 5 seconds to scan one will packet and all its contents, or less.

and on top of that I have to do the movement of the packets from the strongroom to the scanning room and back.

The scanning team is going to catch up with me really really soon. Scanning only starts on monday and of the 6,000 only about 200 in total is ready to go. and yet today in their test run they already scanned 25 packets.

oh man.... company has been around for 125 years but now a temp employee has no time.

Well, on good news, my marks for another module will be improved, hopefully improved enough that it jumps a grade, that would really be great. The would be more realistic to get the GPA of 3.5 I am aiming to get. Well, see how things go, still have at minimum one semester more.

Busy November it will be for me.
Will be in camp for 10 days this month, Woodbadge Course and helping out at the National Patrol Camp.
Some relatives from my mom side coming over, will definitely spend at least 3-4 days

so 14 out of the remaining 25 gone for this month. Well, December should be more slack, can get other stuff done...


Got to level 21 in Kangaroo Jack, think there is no end to this cheap game...
