so i got the call on thurs afternoon.. yesterday.. that i got accepted into the course i wanted, BComm Media.. a bit rushed.. coz i was told that there's an orientation today and classes start next monday, 3rd march...
made some appointments via email, got my enrolment package.. they didn't have time to mail it to me so i just got it over the desk at the uni tiself... then the orientation itself which was cheap..
our tour guide just abandoned us on one of the streets and i hooked up with some other manjans, mostly from malaysia and hong kong, to go look for the lawn party. .which was also quite cheap... then we just left and went to slack at the canteen for a while and during that time i got an appointment to see some lecturer who was gonna run me down on my program map...
that went well... so now i understand how it works and what i'll be doing for the 3 semesters.. which is really good.. Graduate in june 2009.. so that's pretty much confirmed unless i fail some modules and have to repeat.. touchwood!!
and so it goes... just a weekend to change my mindset from slacker to student and to get all the little stuff i need like stationary etc etc... also need to get a printer too..,. and some files...
my room's got to change layout slightly from gaming entertainment center to media work/student center.... should be fun. :D
I'm looking forward to it.
